The premium high-performance Pro 800HD traditional feel high density fabric utilizes an innovative weave of ultra-fine yarn dyed polyester fibres, which delivers a peerless balance between the usability of man-made materials, the tactility of natural fibres and the weight saving benefits of our lightweight awnings, whilst attributing a luxurious feel normally found on a full traditional awning, attributing a refined sense of elegance.

A refined sense of comfort, with outstanding space saving benefits; the premium traditional feel 600HD oxford weave fabric superbly balances the usability of man-made fibres and the tactility of natural fibres to create a technical high-performance fabric, which delivers a traditional look/feel, whilst maintaining the benefits of our lightweight awnings.

480HDE DRS Fabric

We have intricately woven the premium all weather 480HDE high density fabric using the latest manufacturing techniques to create a high performance canvas, with the longevity of much heavier, denier materials, without their impracticalities and weight constraints. A double rip stop element has been interwoven to prevent accidental damage from worsening, ensuring an excellent strength to weight ratio, incredible durability and a very tactile texture.

250HDE Fabric

The premium all weather 250HDE high density fabric has been woven using the latest textile manufacturing techniques to deliver our most lightweight, compact or packable caravan awnings, which retain their strength, durability, longevity and performance; an embossed hex print gives the material a visually contemporary aesthetic.

180HDE DRS/Hex Fabric

We have designed the premium all weather 180HDE high density fabric to deliver lightweight, robust and durable products, which allow smaller pack sizes once folded, making this material perfect where weight or space limitations are of key consideration. An intricate double rip stop element can sometimes be interwoven into this material to prevent accidental from worsening, attributing an excellent strength to weight ratio, incredible strength and a very tactile texture.

FOUND ON: Summer Canopy (HEX), Sportline Canopy (DRS), Techline Canopy (DRS) & Airedale (HEX).

100HDE & 150HDE Fabric

The premium all weather 100HDE high density fabric has been woven using the latest textile manufacturing techniques to deliver our most lightweight, compact or packable awnings, which retain their strength, durability, longevity and performance; an embossed hex print gives the material a visually contemporary aesthetic.

Polycotton

Introducing our latest polycotton family tent material; a high performance mixture of cotton and polyester, forming an exceptionally breathable, water resistant and fade resistant technical fabric, which has been specifically engineered to dramatically reduce internal temperatures, humidity and condensation, creating a more pleasant living environment.

Pro Climate Fabric

Phoenix Mesh

We implement Phoenix Mesh in the mesh ventilation fly screen panels of our premium caravan awnings, drive away awnings or family tents, which helps to optimise the through flow of air, create a more comfortable internal temperature and keep insects at bay; this is an assisted-healing ‘smart’ material, with the structurally incorporated ability to self-repair any ‘snag’ damage caused by consistent usage over time.
