Warranty Registration

All Outdoor Revolution products are covered by a one year warranty which covers workmanship issues on the canvas only, and extends to the original purchaser of the Outdoor Revolution product.

We do not cover poles due to the different conditions poles can be subjected to after the awning is sold, inclement weather, customer error (over-stressing the poles) etc. Please note awnings which have clearly been mis-used or damaged by severe weather cannot be considered as a warranty issue. The warranty will be only valid if the following details are provided (left).
