Warranty Registration

The canvas/workmanship on our caravan awnings, drive away awnings, family tents and canopy extensions incorporate a Twelve Month Warranty against any manufacturing faults; this is valid from the moment the first owner purchases the item and should be registered on this form to validate any premium canvas units without an Intelligent Frame Relief Valve.

Any Outdoor Revolution products with an Intelligent Frame (Dynamic Speed Valve & Intelligent Frame Relief Valve) from 2015 onwards carries an exclusive Lifetime Guarantee on the Oxygen Air Frame Tube Bladder(s). Please read/accept the Lifetime Guarantee Conditions before registration. Failure to register this form within fourteen days of purchase will invalidate the Lifetime Warranty. *Please note: Due to an increase in phone calls to our office about imperfections/pulls on the mesh doors in some of our products, we feel the need to reiterate that such occurrences in mesh doors are not covered under the warranty. Just like certain items of clothing; mesh can develop pulls/snags and we cannot guarantee that this will not happen. Mesh squares are issued in the inclusive repair kit, which should be packed with your product and resolve these issues. We will happily supply you with more if required.

If you are experiencing any issues with your product, please contact the retailer you purchased the item from. Your warranty lies with them as per your statutory rights.

CAMPING INSURANCE

In recent years, there has been an increase in companies offering insurance aimed specifically at campers. The type of cover and cost vary widely, but most insurers will provide adequate cover for your tent, awning or accessories. Some policies replace your equipement on a new-for-old basis, usually providing the claim is made within a year or two of purchasing it. Some policies have this as standard, but others will add a premium - it's worth checking. If new-for-old is not included, the insurers will generally pay market value for any equipment covered.

Many insurance policies will also cover the cost of hiring replacement equipment should anything happen to yours. This means if something happens to your tent, the holiday can carry on regardless. Some will also pay the cost of a B&B or hotel, but be aware that such benefits are usually subject to a maximum payout - in some cases only £150. Some companies offer a tailor-made policy so you can cover exactly the value of what you own, without paying excessively, and you may be able to place a seperate value on your tent or awning and accessories.
